Data Views for the License Summary Report

The License Summary Report displays the licenses that were purchased for and used by an organization.

License Peak Usage

The License Peak Usage Report displays the highest point of license usage in each of the previous 12 months for each license type.

To view the License Peak Usage Report, click License Peak Usage.

The Capacity License table displays the amount of capacity that the organization purchased and used.

Column	Description
License	The type of license. The licenses that appear in this table depend on the licenses your organization purchased. To view capacity type details, click any of the license types.
Purchased	The amount of capacity that the organization purchased.
Permanent Total	The amount of permanent capacity that the organization purchased.
Evaluation Total	The amount of capacity that was granted to the organization for evaluation purposes.
Used	The amount of capacity that the organization used.
Summary	The percentage of total capacity that the organization used.

To view Capacity Types in the License Summary Report, under License, click any of the license types.

The Virtualization Licenses table displays the number of virtualization licenses that the organization purchased and used.

Column	Description
License	The type of virtualization license. To view details about a license, click any of the following license types.
Purchased	The number of virtualization licenses that the organization purchased.
Permanent Total	The number of permanent licenses that the organization purchased.
Evaluation Total	The number of virtualization licenses that were granted to the organization for evaluation purposes.
Usage	The number of virtualization licenses that the organization used.
Summary	The percentage of virtualization licenses that the organization used.

The User Licenses table displays the number of user licenses that the organization purchased and used.

Column	Description
License	The type of user license. To view details about a license, click any of the license types.
Purchased	The number of user licenses that the organization purchased.
Permanent Total	The number of permanent user licenses that the organization purchased.
Evaluation Total	The number of users licenses that were granted to the organization for evaluation purposes.
Usage	The number of user licenses that the organization used.
Summary	The percentage of user licenses that the organization used.

License	The type of license, such as File System Only Server or Advanced VM. To view details about a license, click any of the license types.
Purchased	The number or amount of licenses that the organization purchased.

Evaluation Total	The number or amount of licenses that were granted to the organization for evaluation purposes.
Usage	The number or amount of licenses that the organization used.
