Prepare your environment so that you can recover SharePoint Server data if a disaster occurs.
Procedure

On the backup plan, add a synchronous storage copy using the disk library from the storage pool list.

Create the index server using the same backup plan or storage policy that you will use to create the SharePoint Server client.

Run an auxiliary copy operation.

Verify that all the jobs are copied to the synchronous copy.
