Use Command Center to move all or selected deduplication database (DDB) partitions to another MediaAgent.
Requirements
You must have MediaAgent Management permission on both the source and destination MediaAgents.
Review the following limits before selecting partitions:
| Limit | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Partitions in one move operation | Up to 40 partitions from a DDB location. Move additional partitions in another operation. |
| Concurrent partitions across the environment | The software moves 20 partitions concurrently and queues the remaining moves to reduce load. |
| Source MediaAgent | Up to 10 partitions concurrently. |
| Destination MediaAgent | Up to 20 partitions concurrently. |
