To perform the following tasks, sign in to the Command Center, select the user account icon in the upper-right corner, and then go to View > Self-service view.
You can use Exchange Online Self-Service to manage backups of your email inbox. Using this feature, you can perform any of the following tasks:

View messages and attachments

Respond to messages

Download a message
-
Export messages to PST or CAB in EML or MSG format

Restore messages back to your mailbox or to a different location

Delete emails or folders from a mailbox.

Delegate a folder or mailbox to another backed-up Exchange Online user.
To view and use Exchange Online Self-Service, the Commvault administrator must enable the feature for your user group and the Microsoft 365 plan.
Important
Due to security and integrity constraints, email preview, download, and recall operations are not supported for digitally signed emails.
