In the navigation pane, expand Protect > Applications > Exchange, and then click the Exchange Archiving.

Individual mailboxes
In the Mailbox area, on the right side of the page, click Add Mailbox.
The Associate users dialog box appears.
Select all the required mailboxes.
From the Exchange plan list, select a plan.
Click Save.
Mailboxes in Active Directory groups
In the Auto-Discover Association area, on the right side of the page, click Add AD group.
The Associate AD groups dialog box appears.
Select all the required AD groups.
From the Exchange plan list, select a plan.
Click Save.

The following groups are supported:
Office 365 Group
Mail Enabled Security Group
Distribution List
The following groups are not supported:
Nested Groups are not supported.
Dynamic distribution lists are not supported.
All users
In the Auto-Discover Association area, select All Users from the drop-down list beside the User Mailbox label.
In the list, select the check box next to All Users.
All Users appears unavailable.
In the Actions column, click the action button , and then click Edit.
Select the Enable all users discovery check box.
From the Exchange plan list, select a plan.
Click Save.
What To Do Next
After you associate mailboxes with the subclient, you can list the mailboxes, databases, or AD groups by clicking .the drop-down list beside Add Mailbox, and selecting the group type that you want to see.
