Use this dialog box to add, modify or view general information on the selected subclient.
Client Name
Displays the name of the client computer on which this backup set is found.
Billing Department
Displays the name of the billing department, when the subclient is associated with a billing department.
iDataAgent
Displays the name of the iDataAgent to which this backup set belongs.
.Backup Set
Specifies the name of the Backup Set. You can use this space to create or modify a name. (Backup Sets for certain iDataAgents cannot be modified.)
Subclient Name
Displays the name of the selected subclient. You can enter or modify the name of the subclient.
Default Subclient
Displays whether this is the default subclient. When a subclient is designated as the default subclient, it will back up all the data for the subclient that is not assigned to any other subclients within the backup set, and it cannot be deleted.
Offline Archive
Use this field to enable access to archived files in offline mode. When selected, any items that are archived off the Exchange Server to secondary storage are also archived to a file that is maintained in local cache to give you easy access to full copies of those archived items when working offline.
Preserve Folder Sizes in Index
Use this field to enable indexing of folders during backups. It will allow for appropriate display of the folder size and also correct representation of data in the pie chart during browse.
Description
Use this field to enter a description about the entity. This description can include information about the entity's content, cautionary notes, and so on.
