When you don't need to collect data for a case anymore, you can close the case. You can't edit a closed case, but users can still view, search, and export case data.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Data Insights.
The Data Insights page appears.

Click Case manager.
The Case manager page appears.

In the row for the case that you want to delete, click the action button
, and then click Close case.A message prompts you to confirm that you want to close the case.

Click Yes.
