Outlook Add-In

Outlook Add-In provides your end users with the ability to view or download email messages that were archived from their mailboxes.

Note

  • When secured (https) recall service is selected, it is recommended to have a valid SSLcertificate on the client where Web Console is installed. For more information, see Configuring Secured Access for Web Applications.
  • Outlook Add-in may work with Outlook (Classic) 2019 version onwards. It will not work with Outlook (New).

Exchange Administrators

Install and configure Outlook Add-In.

Note

You must use QuickLook to recall non IPM.Note stubs as these stubs are not recognized by Outlook Add-In for download.

Exchange End Users

You can provide your end users with the documentation that they need to configure and use Outlook Add-In with their Microsoft Outlook application.
