You can use Commvault software to protect Amazon RDS instances across multiple accounts and regions.
You can configure AWS native snapshots to protect Amazon RDS instances. Commvault integrates with Amazon RDS native snapshots to back up Amazon RDS instances.
Note
Backup copy for Amazon RDS protection using AWS native snapshots is not supported. However, you can configure backup copies to be made if you use export-based backups.
