Updating a Customized Restore RMAN Script with the Selected CommCell Console Options

The Commvault software generates an RMAN script with the options you selected in the CommCell Console.

If you modified the RMAN script and no longer want the changes, you can reset the RMAN script with the options you selected in the CommCell Console.

Procedure

1. On the Restore Options dialog box, click Advanced.

2. On the Customize Rman Script tab of the Restore Options dialog box:

   1. Select the Customize script check box. The last saved RMAN script is displayed.

   2. Click the Update Script button.

   3. On the Update Script dialog box, click the Yes button to replace the current RMAN script with the default script.

   4. Click OK to close the Advanced Restore Options dialog box.

3. Click OK to close the Restore Options dialog box.
