To aid in troubleshooting issues for a CommCell group, you can collect diagnostic data from the Troubleshooting tab of the Process Manager, or by executing commands from the command line (see Collecting Network Diagnostic Data). Using the command line gives you more control over the data that is collected and offers options such as testing component connectivity.
