Adding a Storage Policy for an IBM i File System Agent Subclient

To perform backups, you need to assign a new or existing storage policy to the subclient. The storage policy identifies a library that stores backup data.

Procedure

1. From the CommCell Browser, expand Client Computers > client > File System > BackupSet.

2. Right-click the subclient, and then click Properties.

   The Subclient Properties dialog box appears.

3. On the Storage Device tab, select a storage policy from the Storage Policy list.

4. Click OK.

The changes take effect when you run the next backup.
