You can view active jobs and job history.
The jobs lists include all Commvault jobs, not just those initiated from ServiceNow.
Procedure

From the ServiceNow navigation pane, click View jobs.
The View jobs page appears.

To view jobs in progress, click Active jobs.
The Progress column includes a progress bar that shows the status of each job.
For an active job, you can suspend or kill a job in progress, or resume a job that has been paused.

To view completed jobs, click Job history.

To view more information about an active or completed job, click the icon in the Actions column, and then click View job details.

To send logs for a job, click the icon in the Actions column, and then click Send logs.
