Troubleshooting - Secure LDAP Gateway Package

LDAP Gateway Endpoint Status

To view the LDAP gateway endpoint status, enter the following URL in a web browser on the proxy/client computer:

http://localhost:81/LDAPGatewaySvc/cvauth/ldap/testendpoint

If the LDAP gateway is up and running, you will see the following message:

LDAP endpoint is up and working!

Troubleshooting Via Log Files

For troubleshooting via log files, do the following:

  • Collect EvMgrS.log, AppMgrService.log, and WebServer.log from the CommServe computer at debug level 10.

  • Collect CVD and Web Server logs at level 10 from the proxy computer.
