Operating system (OS) updates can be installed on HyperScale nodes in environment that are offline and without internet access.
Use one of the following methods to download and install the operating system updates on the Hyperscale nodes when the CommServe has no internet connectivity:

Install using a Metadata.tar file
Download the metadata.tar file from Commvault store, and using the installation package for Commvault Platform Release 2022E or later, create a custom package that includes the required OS updates.

Install by downloading all the OS updates manually
Download the exact list of OS update packages and copy them manually to the Hyperscale node to perform the installation.
