You can disable new write operations on a mount path. However, you will be able to perform read and prune operations on the data available on the mount path.
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, expand Storage Resources > Libraries > Library.

Right-click the mount path that you no longer want to use, and then click Properties.

From the Allocation Policy tab, click and enable the Disable mount path for new data option.

Enable the Prevent data block references for new backups option.

Click OK.
