Disabling the Double-Click Message Recall from a Stub

By default, users can recall a message when they double-click a stub. However, you can disable this option.

Procedure

1. On the client where the agent is located, disable user impersonation by adding the DisableDoubleclickRecall additional setting as shown in the following table.

2. Run an archiving job.

   Recalling messages by double-clicking the stub is disabled.
