Viewing Restore Operation Details

After restoring records, objects, or metadata, you can view all of the associated details once the operation completes.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Jobs.

   The Active jobs page appears.

2. On Job history tab, for the restore operation that you want to view details for, click the action button , and then click View job details.

   The job details page appears and displays the Job Summary and Job details.

3. On Job history tab, for the restore operation for which you want to view details of the files and folders that failed to restore, click the action button , and then click View failed items.

   The Failed items page appears.

4. Record the names of the files that failed to restore. You can also download this report in the CSV format.
