The Commvault system administrator is the owner of all new workflows, by default. However, you can take ownership of a workflow to modify, deploy, or perform any such actions on the workflow.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Developer tools.
The Developer tools page appears.

Click the Workflows tile.
The Workflows page appears.

In the row for the workflow that you want to take ownership of, click the action button
, and then click Take Ownership.A confirmation dialog box appears.

Click Yes.
