Viewing the Database Job Summary Report

You can view the Database Job Summary Report on the Command Center.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, click Reports.

   The Reports page appears.

2. Click Database Job Summary.

   The Database Job Summary Report appears.

3. In the Server Groups list, select the name of the server gorup.

4. In the Servers list, select the name of the server.

5. In the App types/ Workloads list, select the name of the application or workload.

6. In the Subclients list, select the subclients you want to view in the report.

7. In the Job Status list, select the types of job status you want to view in the report.

8. In the Job Type list, select the types of jobs you want to view in the report.

9. Next to Time Frame, configure the time period for the report:

   • Select Last, type or select a number, and then select Hours, Days, Weeks, or Months.

   • Select Custom, and then enter the Start Date and End Date.

10. In the Time Zone list, select the appropriate entity.

    • To view report data in the time zone configured for the CommServe computer, select CommServ.

    • To view report data in the time zone configured for the client computer, select Client.

    • To view report data in the time zone configured for the local browser, select Broswer.

11. In the Day Start Time, type or select the time you want days to start in the report.

12. In the Advanced list, select any of the available options.

13. Click Apply.

    The data is displayed according to the options you selected.
