Overview
Use this section to restore documents, list items, or folders from SharePoint Online.
You can restore content to its original location, to another location, or to an isolated environment for validation.
When to use this
Use document-level restore when:
- A file or folder is accidentally deleted
- You need to recover a previous version of an item
- You want to restore specific content without affecting the entire site
