Plug-In Dashboard

The Commvault plug-in Dashboard displays a preview of the most critical information about the entities in your environment.

The following views are available on the Dashboard tab:

• Overview displays the following:

  • Total vApps

    • Top 10 vApps

    • Top 10 protected vApps

  • SLA

  • Protection Size

  • VMs by protection

    • Protected

    • Backed up with error

    • Protected (Warning)

    • Unprotected

    • Failed

    Note

    To go to the Virtual Machines tab, click on Protected VMs and Unprotected VMs. From Virtual Machines, you can run backups, restores, change the associated backup plan and view jobs.

• Virtual Datacenters displays the following:

  • Total vApps

  • Total VMs

  • Protected VMs

  • Unprotected VMs

  • Protected VMs Size

• Recent Tasks displays the following:

  • Task

  • Status

  • Type

  • Initiator

  • Start Time

  • Completion Time

  • Service Namespace

  Note

  • You can click on the job in the Task column to see the Task Details window.

  • The Recent Tasks view is displayed in the Dashboard, Virtual Machines, and Configuration sections.
