Modifying User Information

You can modify user information such as email address and user group.

Procedure

  1. From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Security.

    The Security page appears.

  2. Click the Users tile.

    The Users page appears.

  3. In the User name column, click the user.

    The user page appears.

  4. On the Overview tab, in the upper-right corner, click Edit.

    The Edit user dialog box appears.

  5. Modify the information.

  6. Click Save.

  7. If you updated the email address, an additional verification is required to complete the operation. Enter the 6-digit PIN from your authenticator app and click Continue.

    If you haven’t set up the authenticator app, click Send PIN to Email to receive the 6-digit code in your inbox.
