Credential entity owners can give users permission to use the credential entity.
Note
Only the owner of an account can change the ownership of an account. If you need to change a credential owner, see Changing the Owner of a Credential Entity.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Security.
The Security page appears.

Click the Credential vault tile.
The Manage credentials page appears.

Click the required credential you want to update.

In the Overview tab, click the edit icon in the Security pane.
The Security dialog box appears.

From the User/Group box, select the users and user groups that you want to give permission to use the credential entity.

From the Roles box, select the corresponding role of the users/user groups and then click Save.
