You can perform a block-level backup on the MEDITECH subclient to protect your data. The Commvault software is integrated with MEDITECH, so you do not have to perform any additional operations on the MEDITECH system before you perform the backup.

Perform a full backup (Backup Options dialog box, Backup Options tab, Full).
When you view the snapshot details of a MEDITECH backup, the software displays the source mount path (Snaps created dialog box, Volume View tab, Source Mount Path) as the raw disk ID that contains the data. For more information, see Viewing Snapshot Details.
