Between backups, the data may undergo modifications. If you want to recover old versions of the backup data, you can download the previous backup versions of a file.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Laptops.
The Laptops page appears.

Click RESTORE for the computer that contains the data you want to download.
Alternatively, you can click SETTINGS for the computer that contains the data you want to download, and then click Restore.

On the Restore files page, navigate to the folder where the file resides.

Select the file and click More actions
> View versions.All versions of the file are displayed. For example, if the file has two version, it is listed as file (1) and file (2).

Select the versions that you want to download, and then click Download.
Results

The files and folders are downloaded to the selected location in your computer.

If the download operation initiated a job, then it is listed on the Recent downloads page in the Command Center. You will receive an email notification when the download operation is complete with a link to the Recent downloads page in the Command Center.
Note
You will receive the email notification only if your CommCell environment has a single web server.
