Viewing the Health Report on the Cloud Services Portal

You can view the Health Report on the Cloud Services Portal. When you view the Health Report this way, the report is available only at the CommCell level.

Before You Begin

In the Cloud Metrics Reporting settings, verify that data collection for the Health check is enabled. For instructions, see Activating Cloud Metrics Reporting in the Command Center.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Cloud Services Portal.

2. Click Reports.

3. Click Health.

The Health Card report appears.

1. To view the health report for the specific CommCell environment, click the CommCell name.

2. Configure the Health Report view:

   • To view information for only one severity type, from the severity filters, click Critical, Warning, Good, or Information.

   • To organize the tiles by category, at the top of the page, click Category.

   • To organize the tiles by severity, at the top of the page, click Severity.
