1-Touch backups using ReaR creates a system state backup. After you enable 1-Touch, perform a full backup of the default subclient.
Note
1-Touch with ReaR only supports in-place restore operations. Out of place restore and clone operations are currently not supported.
Prerequisites

ReaR and any other dependent packages must be installed on the computer.

File System Agent must be installed on the computer.

Enable new rescue image creation, see Overriding ReaR Disk Layout Check.
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, expand Client Computers > client > File System > backup_set.

Right-click the default_subclient, and then click Backup.
The Backup Options dialog box appears.

To perform a full backup, in the Select Backup Type area, select Full.

In the Job initiation area, define whether the backup job runs immediately or if it will be scheduled.

Optional: To set advanced backup options, click Advanced.

Click OK.
Result
A ReaR rescue ISO CVrearRescue.iso is created.

You can do a browse and restore the ISO located in the /tmp/CVrearRescue.iso directory from the data backup, and use it to run restores.
