Viewing the Subclient Peak Usage Report for a CommCell Group on the Private Metrics Reporting Server

You can view the Subclient Peak Usage Worldwide Report on the Command Center for the Private Metrics Reporting Server.

Before You Begin

• Verify that data collection is enabled for Private Metrics Reporting on each CommServe computer. For information about enabling data collection for the report, see Activating Private Metrics Reports.

• To view Metrics Reports, your CommCell user account requires: a role with the Report Management permission and an association with a CommCell Group or CommCell pseudoclient.

Procedure

1. From the Command Center navigation pane, click Metrics.

   The Dashboard page appears.

2. Click the CommCell groups tab.

3. Under Group Name, click a CommCell Group.

   The CommCell Groups page appears.

4. Click Platform Score.

5. At the top-right of the page, click Action button , and then click License details.

   The License summary - worldwide report appears.

6. At the top-right of the page, click Subclient peak usage.

   The Subclient peak usage report appears.
