Viewing the Subclient Peak Usage Report for a CommCell Group on the Cloud Services Portal

You can view the Subclient Peak Usage report on the Cloud Services Portal.

Before You Begin

Verify that data collection for Cloud Metrics Reporting is enabled on each CommServe computer. For instructions about enabling data collection for this report, see Activating Cloud Metrics Reports.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Cloud Services Portal.

2. At the top-right of the page, in the Search box, enter the CommCell group name and select it from the results.

3. Click Current capacity tile.

   The License summary - worldwide report appears.

4. At the top-right of the page, click Subclient peak usage.

   The Subclient peak usage report appears.
