Ports
For snapshot backup operations from the Commvault software, open port 443 between server computers, MediaAgents, and client computers.
Additional requirements
For Windows Server 2025 and later, install and enable Windows Management Instrumentation Command-line (WMIC) before performing Microsoft Azure snapshot operations. Starting with Windows Server 2025, WMIC is not installed by default.
