External URLs for Commvault Features

The CommServe computer, the Web Server computer, and the Command Center/Web Console computer must be able to connect to the following external URLs for each of the following features.

All URLs in this table support HTTPS and can be accessed on port 443.

Note You can disable tracking of the geographical location for all the clients on the CommServe server by enabling the DisableGeoLocation setting.
Send Log Files	logs.commvault.com	199.255.244.223, 199.255.244.161	Send log files to Commvault for troubleshooting purposes.
Upload DR Backups to Metallic Cloud and Access them from the Commvault Cloud Services website	cloud.commvault.com *.blob.core.windows.net cvdrservices.metallic.io All endpoints that contain .blob.core.windows.net must be whitelisted.		Upload and access DR Backups from the Commvault Cloud Services website.
