You can use predefined network topologies to configure cascading network gateway connections. The network gateways are configured between CommCell entities, such as the CommServe infrastructure group and server group (or laptop server group) displayed in the following diagram:
Use this procedure to configure incoming and outgoing connections on the four CommCell entities that are shown in the diagram: Backup infrastructure computers, Network gateway 1, Network gateway 2, and servers group (or laptops group). Note that there can be multiple network gateway groups between "Backup infrastructure" and "Servers/Laptops”.

The CommCell entities can be any combination of CommServe computers, MediaAgents, and clients.
