In the Process Manager, you can enable error reporting for all Windows clients in the CommCell environment. These memory dump files are read-only text files.
Procedure

Click Start and point to All Programs.

Click Commvault > Process Manager.

Click the Troubleshooting tab.

Select Enable Windows Reporting.

In the Dump Folder box, enter a path and a name for the dump folder, for example, <software_install_path>\Log Files\crashdumps folder.

In the Dump count box, enter the number of dump files to retain in the dump folder.

Click Save.
