Creating a Process Dump in the Process Manager

You can create a dump file to view the process details.

Procedure

1. Click Start and point to All Programs.

2. Click Commvault > Process Manager.

3. Click the Processes tab.

4. Right-click a process and click Dump Process.

   After the file is created, a message displays the path of the dump file: software_installation_directory/Log Files.

5. Click OK to close the message.
