If the only user that is listed as a Cloud CommCell role manager for a CommCell environment leaves the organization, contact Customer Support.
We can demote their user account and promote a different, existing user account as the new Cloud CommCell role manager. The new CommCell role manager can then add or remove users, as needed.
Procedure

From the Maintenance Advantage Customer Support Portal, contact Customer Support with the following information:

CommCell ID

Company Name
-
Name and email address for the user that should be demoted

Name and email address for the user that should be promoted
