This report provides a list of subclients that failed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the reason that they failed.

This chart displays the SLA Percentage for each month over the last year.

Last 12 Months SLA Trend Table

This table displays the number of clients that met and missed SLA in each month.

Column

Month

Month and year.

Met SLA

Number of clients that met SLA during the month.

Missed SLA

Number of clients that missed SLA, or were not backed up, during the month.

SLA (%)

dOverall SLA percentage for the month.

Details for Clients Missed SLA

This table lists each subclient that missed SLA, the reason backup jobs did not run, and details about the last job.

Description

Client

Name of the client.

Agent

Type of agent.

Instance

Name of the instance.

Backup Set

Name of the backup set.

Subclient

Name of the subclient that failed to be counted in the SLA.

Reason

Reason that the subclient failed to be counted in the SLA.

Last Job ID

The ID for the last job that ran on the subclient.

Last Job Start

The day when the last job started.

Last Job Status

The status of the last job.

Client Owners

The name of the user who initiated the job.

Client Groups

The client group for the user who initiated the job.

SLA Days

Number of days over which SLA is calculated.
