Enabling IntelliSnap Backup for Mirrored Disks

Use the procedure when you want to perform an IntelliSnap backup when the mirrored pool contains LUNs that are from different physical arrays.

Before You Begin

Retrieve the array initiator ID of the disk. On the command line, type the following commands from the /opt/##_OEM_UNIX_OEM_INSSUBDIR_##/Base directory.

500a098089fab9f7: The initiator ID that the software returns.

  • To the database client, add the additional setting as shown in the following table.
