Before you deploy Data Analytics, verify that the computers where you plan to deploy the components meet the following requirements.

Use these guidelines to select the appropriate hardware for the index server if you do not use content indexing. In this case, archiving and cleanup operations are considered.

Considerations

  • For content indexing use cases, the guidance assumes that 50 percent of documents are eligible for content indexing.
  • All of the calculations are approximations and can differ from organization to organization.
